Kennebec is an heirloom potato with smooth, tender, golden-brown skin. Plump oblong tubers have a deliciously moist and sweet hard, pure-white flesh. This variety is similar to russet potatoes, but with a lower startch content. A great multipurpose potato that is excellent baked, boiled, steamed, mashed, or fried. Nothing beats the flavor of farm fresh potatoes!
