This heirloom variety of porcelain hard neck garlic is our favorite. It has a long lasting hot and spicy garlic flavor. Offers long term storing capabilities. Among garlic species it contains the highest level of allicin, which is the medicinal property found in garlic. Allicin is known for it anti-inflamatory properties, as well as, promoting the immune system by it's antibacterial and antifungal properties. 3-5 large cloves per bulb!
